Music vs. Weight

Can Music Tip the Scales?

At 65, I started an unusual personal experiment.

I listen to music created from characteristics of my own voice, weigh myself every day, and share what happens — one week at a time.

Watch the Beginning

No miracle claims. Nothing to buy. Just a real story with an unknown outcome.

Where It All Began

Week 1 —

Every story has a starting point. Here's mine.

My first video marks the beginning of an experiment whose outcome I genuinely don't know.

Why I Started

As I've grown older, my health and weight have become increasingly important to me.

I've long been interested in mental practices and in finding different ways to improve everyday well-being.

That curiosity eventually led me to create personalized music and begin an experiment of my own.

Will it make a difference? I don't know yet. That's why I'm keeping track.

What I'm Trying

  • Daily Listening

Music created specifically for me, as part of my everyday routine.

  • Daily Weigh-Ins

A regular record of my weight and how I feel.

  • Weekly Videos

Real weigh-ins and honest updates, whatever the results.

I began this experiment at 65, but curiosity has no age limit.

A Little About Me

I'm Pavel Alimov. My work in theater began in 1989, and much of my professional life has involved theater production, artist representation, and website development.

In recent years, I've also started acting in films while continuing to explore new ideas.

This experiment is one of them.
